Our condolences to my friend, Carlos Garcia

Hello Internet Friends:
I am writing to encourage you to support one of my best friends,
a true leader on the internet, Carlos Garcia. Over the last two
months, he has been busy dealing with a personal tragedy
while his father suffered from thyroid cancer. Last night, his
pain finally ended with the death of his father, Mario Paz.
